What Does Wild Currant Sandalwood Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

Wild Currant Sandalwood Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is an amazingly well balanced fragrance accord.  Top notes of clementine, grapefruit, and blackberries mix with middle notes of wild fig, black currant, and passion fruit.  Smooth base notes of precious woods, sandalwood, vanilla, and metallic musk round off this fruity fragrance.

How Do Our Customers Use Wild Currant Sandalwood Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

This fresh, fruity accord is bright and juicy enough for a luscious lather and soft enough for a warm, spa-like essence.  First, bath fizzies, gels, and oils perform nicely when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added.  Wild Currant Sandalwood can be used to create a garden of refreshing products!  Handmade perfumes perform well with this fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used.  Also, homemade lotions can be created using this fragrance oil.  We recommend lotion recipes use no more than 5% fragrance oil.  Homemade cleaning recipes can also be created using a maximum of 5%.

Soap making recipes can use 5% fragrance oil in hot process soap, melt and pour soap base, or cold process soap recipes.  Our cold process soap testing results show that this fragrance oil performs nicely in soap!  There was no acceleration, ricing, or separation.  Cured soap did not discolor and had a strong scent retention.  If you wish to color your bath and body products, you may use red or burgundy liquid soap dye in the amount that satisfies you.  Remember not to use candle dye in any of your bath and body products as they are not body safe.

Wild Currant Sandalwood Fragrance Oil makes room scents that both soothe and grab your attention!  Those creating homemade air fresheners can incorporate this fragrance oil up to 50% of in their projects.  Furthermore, you can use this balanced blend in incense and smelly jelly recipes.  This fragrance oil was also found to create strongly scented aroma beads.

Finally, candles and wax tarts can be made using up to 10% fragrance with vegetable and paraffin wax.  It does nicely in Joy Wax, Wow Wax, and even Pillar of Bliss.  If you wish to color your candles, we recommend using 4 drops of red and 1 drop of burgundy liquid candle dye.  You can also shred a small amount of red and burgundy color blocks into your melted wax.  However, do not use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.
