Not Great

This is not a true lavender scent. It smells like powdery, floraly, sickly sweet bath oil or syrup. I added some dirt to try give it a more real scent, and it's just gross.

I made a test candle with it, and I can't stand the scent.

On the other hand, the cold throw is crazy good in soy wax, and it perfumes a large area with just a tiny candle.

I just can't stand the smell.

I won't even try this in CP.

I was wanting to enhance the scent of my natural lavender essential oil soap. I was looking for a true lavender scent. This didn't smell true out of the bottle, but after soaping and curing for 4 weeks the scent has developed nicely and my customers love it. No problems working with the scent.

Not close to lavender

This scent reminds me of some shampoo in the 1970s. A slight acceleration in CP soap.
Does not smell like lavender. I wouldn't recommend it, sadly.

Year-end review: We have been using this for almost a year now. If you are looking for a fresh, clean, soft, "powdery" lavender; then THIS is it! Gradually throughout 2016, I developed a sensitivity to lavender fragrance oil. I slowly started getting major headaches from straight lavender FO's. The headaches got stronger and stronger as the year went by, but so many of my customers LOVE lavender everything. We make lavender candles, melts, lotions, body butters, sugar scrubs, soaps, bath salts, shower melts, etc. ...even our Multi-Purpose Salve contains lavender. I went to great lengths {very costly lengths} to prevent the headaches. {i.e. several different types of face masks, including chemical masks, etc.} but the fragrance lingered in my work studio and I had to open windows and use fans to suck out the fragrances, but I still couldn't go in there for a couple of days after making lavender products. So with it causing me such horrible headaches, I had no choice but to search for an alternative lavender fragrance that didn't cause me such bad headaches. So I purchased all of the lavender fragrance oils available in 1oz. bottles so that I could sniff them and hopefully find one that didn't send me into an instant headache. After about 2 weeks of testing, THIS was the only lavender fragrance that didn't cause me a headache. {THANK YOU NG!} I wasn't sure how my customers would respond to this since it was such a softer, more "powdery" lavender fragrance. Well, it has been just about a year now and looking back at our sales and comparing them to previous years, I can tell you that our sales in Lavender products have more than "doubled" since switching. I didn't even realize we have been selling that much more until today. So I had to come give my review about this fragrance oil. This also works great in homemade liquid hand soap, laundry detergent & fabric softener. No more headaches for me and some really happy customers. Thank you NG! :)

Smells amazing!

Not your grandmas Lavender, but an amazing blend of Lavender and florals. It has a soft powdery smell, that reminds me of fresh clean laundry that I just want to bury my nose in and inhale! Great hot and cold throw with C3 soy wax, it filled my apartment with the most amazing scent. Super pleased with this. Not a true Lavender, as in the EO, but very pleasant and relaxing.

Nice scent

I got this in a goodie bag from a soaping seminar I went to. Out of the bottle it was a nice clean scent and in soap it is even better. I wouldn't call it "lavender" though. Also this fo did discolor my soap and did accelerate, I was still able to get a swirl done. This fo also gets really hot, didn't need to force gel!

Smells so synthetic, CP, HP, bath bombs, all reeks haven't found one client that likes this scent, most people remark that it smells like bathroom cleaner. Upside is I'm now using this to make tiny gumdrop bath bombs that are for toilet cleaning. So strong, more fake floral and bad artificial lavender.
