I love this scent, the only thing I don't like about it is that it will turn your soap brown. I make cold Press and it does not accelerate by soap batter. My customer loves this scent.

This is a nice long lasting FO. The scent is strong and works well in Bath Bombs. We will be trying it in M&P Soap next.

A little strong

4 French Lavender Fragrance Oil

Reviewer: from San Jose, CA, USA

I expected it to be a lot softer OOB based on the reviews, but it was REALLY strong to me. Almost pungent, it was so strong! I added it on its own at first to a soy wax candle, and it was okay, but I added Indian Sandalwood from NG and a couple of other scents and I really liked how it blended, and it had a great hot and cold throw. I will definitely try using the French Lavender on its own to see what happens and update my review then.

Too Much Vanilla

1 French Lavender Fragrance Oil

Reviewer: from Des Moines, WA

I'm really disappointed with this one. The scent is floral, but what really comes through is the vanilla, which overpowers any lavender scent. Also, with the high vanilla content, this FO really discolors CP soap to an icky brown color. Perhaps it's just my personal taste, but this one is cloyingly, sickeningly sweet to me.

Let me start by saying I do Not like most lavender. I grew up in Miami and most lavender fragrance reminds me of the od de' toilet "perfume" the old ladies wore in the 60's, yuck!!
That said, this smells Wonderful!!!!
A light gentle lavender (vs sickening sweet like most FO's are) with a nice hint of vanilla to even out the flowery scent.
It leaves a nice hint of lavender on the skin after washing.
It behaved nicely in CP soap. No ricing or exaltation.
My soap is currently at the 4 week mark and the fragrance is still intact, no morphing and still smells wonderful. A very, very, tiny bit of scent fading, but that's normal in CP soap.
It does have vanilla in it and it *does* need vanilla stabilizer.
It is very strong in the bottle, but once in the soap it is fabulous!!

It is a staple fragrance for my soap

Reviewer: from IL US

This is a fragrance that I will continue to use time and time again. Lavender is not a fragrance that I would choose, however, customers who like a lavender fragrance LOVE this soap. It does discolor to a dark brown and behave well in my CP GMS.
