Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications-  Cotton Candy Wholesale Fragrance Oil:   Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing.  Always test fragrance in all applications.  We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results.  Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients.  Cold process soap testing was done by our staff using strict controls. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Soaping at room temperature can help to reduce the likelihood of accelerated trace.  Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla.  However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products.

So knowing that it discolored brown I did not use it in my CP soap because I could not think of a way to design a soap that looks like cotton candy with a brown discoloration, I do not use a vanilla stabilizer so it was a no go for me with CP soap. I did use it in my whipped body butters, with no discoloration at 3 weeks after packaging, it may after it has been exposed to air, hoping not! However, I am not a fan of the scent in my product. When applied to skin it does have a chemical like smell and no cotton candy. It does a sweet undertone if you can get past the chemical smell. Will not order again. Sadly, I cannot find a cotton candy FO that works well in any of my products. I will keep looking because many customers requested this scent.

I guess my expectations were a little too high with this one because it wasn't as strong in my melt and pour project as i wanted. Still i great fragrance though.

We use this in our bath bombs and lotions, and out of all the suppliers we've tried this one has minimal discoloration without using a stabilizer. Kids love this scent.

Great scent, not good retention Review rating is 3 stars

I love cotton candy. The scent is true and amazing. A best seller. However the scent retention in CP soap isn't that great. It's very light. Still one of my faves on the list.

Smells great but my dye fades w/ this one Review rating is 3 stars

So I love love love the scent! Smells just like cotton candy! I’ve only used this FO in making aroma bead air fresheners & after a week the pink dye changed to a funky shade of brown; in thinking maybe I didn’t shake up the liquid dye enough I tried it again w/ pink and also a separate batch in blue...both colors faded. The blue basically disappeared over the course of 3 weeks....my customers loved the scent but def mentioned the color fading which prompted refunds for them...I purchased ew dye from a different supplier & it happened again...anyone else have this problem? Love the scent; is there anything I can add to keep it from fading?

I used cotton candy fragrance oil in my cold process soap. I created a pink and blue swirl. It is absolutely perfect and the scent stayed through cure.

I use this on my bath bomb. It smells good but weak. I have to put more of this fragrance oil. Will not buy again. I wish it was a little stronger.
