Rubbing Alcohol

Total weights for the tan layer:

120 grams Oatmeal Melt and Pour Soap

6 grams Watercress and Aloe Fragrance Oil

7 grams Rhassoul Clay

11 Grams Vegetable Glycerin

Total weights for the clear layer:

180 grams Diamond Clear Melt and Pour Soap

9 grams Watercress and Aloe Fragrance Oil

7 grams Chamomile Flowers- German Whole

Step 1: Begin by preparing your Rhassoul Clay Powder.  In a mixing bowl, add 7 grams of Rhassoul Clay and 11 grams of Vegetable Glycerin.  Mix well.  You will end up with a paste like consistency.  Set this aside for now, you will use it to color the tan layer, once it is melted.

Step 2: In a microwave, melt 120 grams of the Oatmeal Melt and Pour Soap.  You want to heat it 30 seconds at a time, until it is completely melted.

Step 3: Once the soap is melted, add 6 grams Watercress and Aloe Fragrance Oil and the Rhassoul Clay mixture you mixed in step one.  Stir well, make sure the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 4: This recipe will fill two cavities of the Dome Top Rectangle Mold.  Pour half of this melted soap into one cavity of the Dome Top Rectangle Mold, pour the remaining soap into the second cavity.  Spray the soap with rubbing alcohol to release any air bubbles.  Allow this layer to setup.

Step 5: While you are waiting, weigh out 7 grams of Chamomile Flowers- German Whole.  You will use these in the clear layer once it is melted.

Step 6: Next, prepare the clear layer.  Melt 180 grams of Diamond Clear Melt and Pour Soap.  Once melted, add 9 grams of Watercress & Aloe Fragrance Oil.  Stir well.

Step 7: Before you pour the clear layer, mist the tan layer with rubbing alcohol.  This will help the clear layer to adhere to the tan layer.  Once you have misted the tan layer, pour the melted clear soap on top.

Step 8: While the clear layer is still in liquid form, add Chamomile Flowers- German Whole.  You can add a much or as little as you would like, we used about 7 grams total.  Allow the soap to setup.

Step 9: Finally, once the soap has setup, remove it from the mold.
