First, candle creators can make their own wax creations with this delightful spa fragrance oil. Whether these creations are candles or wax tarts they can include up to 10%. If you are wishing to add a color to your products and have yet to decide on a hue, then we would like to recommend either using three drops of green liquid candle dye and two drops of yellow liquid candle dye per four pounds of your wax or adding a small amount of shredded yellow and green color blocks into your melted wax. Just don’t use crayons as a substitute for coloring your candles, as they have been known to clog wicks.

Additionally, there are a variety of alternatives for scenting a room.  Create your very own incense using Palm Island Fragrance Oil.  Add up to 50% of this rejuvenating scent to incense cones or incense sticks.  The same amount can be used in homemade air fresheners and in your oil burners.  Another option would be incorporating this scent in smelly jelly air fresheners.  Our smelly jelly air freshener recipe will walk you through creating these cute jars.  Finally, we will talk about reed diffusers.  Reed diffusers can be created by mixing this spa fragrance with our reed diffusers base.  Once the mixture is added to your jar, place the reed sticks in it.  This rejuvenating scent will then travel up the capillaries of the reeds to scent your home.

How Do Our Customers Use Pikaki Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

Customers that enjoy tropical island scents will love our Pikaki Fragrance Oil is their room scenting products! Both potpourri and incense can use up to 50% of this floral fragrance oil in their recipes. In addition, household cleaning products can be scented with this fragrance at a rate of 2%. Also, aroma beads can use this fragrance and will maintain a strong scent.

Candle crafting customers can use this tropical fragrance oil in their candles and other wax products. As long as these products are made of either vegetable waxes or paraffin wax they can include up to 10% of this fragrance oil. Products that use either Joy Wax or WOW Wax will perform perfectly for this scent. Soy wax products will retain a nice and strong aroma as well. If you want to add colorants to your wax creations, then feel free to use liquid candle dye. Alternatively, you can use shredded color blocks in your preferred amounts. However, we suggest not adding any colorants for this scent. Just as long as you don’t add crayons to your candles will clog your wick, you should be fine with any of the coloring options available.

How Do Our Customers Use Pikaki Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

Our customers are able to include this Hawaiian fragrance oil in their bath and body products. Bath gels, bath teas, scrubs, bath bombs, lotions, perfumes, and any other related bath and body products will smell wonderful with this tropical scent.  These products can include up to 2% of Pikaki Fragrance Oil.

Lastly, melt and pour soap, hot process, and cold process soaps can be fragranced with pikaki. I’d like to mention how the scent will perform in cp soap. Our Cold Process Soap Testing Results have shown us that this scent will have no ricing and no separation. However, using this floral fragrance oil will lead to acceleration. To remedy this problem, we highly recommend that you soap at room temperature to reduce some of the acceleration. The final product will have no discoloration and also maintain a strong scent retention. While we suggest using no colorants for bath and body that use this tropical aroma, but you can use any shade and quantity of liquid soap dye in the amounts that you desire. Just make sure to avoid using any candle dyes.

Perfumes will perform perfectly, as long as the recipe uses no more than a 4% fragrance concentration. Further, any cold process soap makers are able to include this scent in their recipes. Our Cold Process Soap Testing Recipes have revealed that this fragrance oil is a great addition for cold process soap that will soap beautifully! A batch including this scent will have no acceleration, no separation, and no ricing.  Further, the final product will maintain a strong scent and the bar will discolor to a cream hue. While there is a chance that the 0.1% vanillin content is contributing to the discoloration, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products. Thus, adding vanilla white stabilizer may prevent discoloration, but is not guaranteed to entirely prevent discoloration. If you want to add color to your candle products, then we suggest using either four drops of red liquid candle dye per four pounds of wax or using a small amount of shredded red color block into your melted wax.

Customers can use this tropical fruit scent in various room scenting products. Potpourri and incense can include up to 50% of this beachy scent in their recipes. Any homemade cleaning products created can use up to 4% of this scent in their personal recipes. Also, aroma beads will maintain a nice and strong scent for this fragrance oil. Candle products that use vegetable waxes and paraffin wax can include no more than 10% of this fragrance oil. While this fragrance is gel candle wax compatible, it is the customer’s responsibility to test each of their fragrances. The scent performs perfectly in joy wax and wow wax. The scent will remain nice and strong in soy wax. If you wish to color your candle creations, then we suggest using red soap dye in an amount that satisfies you.

If you want to color your bath and body products, then we suggest using red liquid soap dye and purple liquid soap dye in the amount that satisfies you. Remember to never use candle dye in any body products.
