Colorants For Gold Mica:
1/8 tsp 24K Gold Mica Pigment
3 grams Diamond Dust Mica Pigment
15 grams Meadowfoam Oil

Colorant For Light Purple Soap:
10 drops FUN Soap Colorant Ultramarine Violet

Colorants For Light Fuchsia Soap:
10 drops FUN Soap Colorant Ultramarine Violet

Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, a face mask, and safety glasses.

Step 1:  Prepare your lye solution.  Allow the lye solution to cool to room temperature. 

Step 2: While you are waiting for your lye solution to cool, prepare your soaping oils.  Once your oils are melted, allow them cool to room temperature.
 
Step 3:  While you are waiting for your oils and lye solution to cool, prepare the colorants. 
 
Step 4:  Now, prepare your mold.  You will need the mica mixtures that you prepared and a disposable pipette.  Place your mold in front of you.  Then, using a disposable pipette, create lines of the mica oil throughout the mold.  Do this with both colors.  Your mold will end up looking like it has gold and silver paint splatters.  You should use about half of the oil mixture.  The other half will be added to the soap at the end.  Don’t forget to drip some of the mica oil to the side of the molds.  Set it aside for now.

Step 5:  When both the soaping oils and the lye solution are ready to be combined, do so.  Then, stick blend the soap batter to emulsify.  Next, add the Wisteria Blvd Fragrance Oil.  Once again, stick blend your soap batter to incorporate the scent.  

Step 6:  Now, separate your soap batter.  You will need four bowls.  To each bowl, add 333 grams of soap batter.  Next, add one of your colorants to each bowl.  So, one bowl should be colored with the light purple colorant, one with the dark purple colorant, another with the light fuchsia, and the final bowl with the fuchsia colorant.  Stick blend the contents of each bowl to incorporate the colorant.

Step 7:  At this time, we will begin pouring the soap.  Make sure you are wearing goggles, gloves, a mask, and protective clothing.  Next, you will need your strainer.  Hold the strainer over the mold.  Choose a soap batter in the color of your choice to start with.  Pour a small amount of soap batter into the strainer.  Gently tap the strainer, if needed, and allow the soap batter to drop into the mold.  Then, repeat this process with the remaining colors.  Alternate the colors until you have used all of your soap batter.

Step 8:  Scrape any remaining soap batter out of the strainer and into the mold.  Then, smooth the top of the soap using a rubber spatula.  Finally, gently tap the mold on your tabletop to remove any air pockets.
   
Step 9:  Using a pipette, just like you did before, add splatters of your mica oil. 
 
Step 10:  After 48 hours, remove the soap from the mold.  When ready, cut the soap into squares.  Allow them to further cure before using.
