Total weights for the pink portion:
300 grams Mango Butter Melt and Pour Soap
300 grams Whipped Soap Base
31 grams Daisy Type Fragrance Oil
34 grams Vegetable Glycerin
10 drops FUN Soap Colorant Neon Pink
Step 1: Before starting, prepare your work station and the materials you will need. We recommend that you wear gloves, and a hair net while making your soap. You will also want to fill a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol.
Step 2: Start by melting 1,370 grams of Cocoa Butter Melt and Pour Soap. Use a microwave to melt the soap 30 seconds at a time until it is fully melted.
Step 3: Next, using a toothpick, add in a small amount of FUN Soap Colorant Brown Oxide. You need to achieve a cream color. Mix in 69 grams of Daisy Type Fragrance Oil. Make sure that everything is mixed well before moving to the next step.
Step 4: Now, pour the melted soap into the Square Loaf Mold. Once poured, spray the soap with rubbing alcohol to remove any air bubbles. Allow this portion to setup.
Step 5: Prepare the pink whipped portion. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams of the whipped, 34 grams of Vegetable Glycerin, 10 drops of FUN Soap Colorant Neon Pink, and 31 grams of Daisy Type Fragrance Oil. Use a hand mixture to mix to a fluffy frosting consistency. Set aside for the moment.
Step 6: In another mixing bowl, weigh out and melt 300 grams of Cocoa Butter Melt and Pour Soap.
Step 7: Add the melted soap to the bowl containing the whipped soap mixture you prepared in step 5. Again, using the hand mixer, mix the ingredients until you get a frosting consistency. You will need to work very quickly as the frosting will setup fast.
Step 8: Quickly add the soap frosting to the top of the loaf. Once added, use decorating sprinkles to decorate the top of the soap frosting.
Step 9: Once your soap has setup, go ahead remove it from the mold and slice it. We used a crinkle cutter to create a “cupcake wrapper” effect. You can however use a straight cutter if you would like.
We hope that you have enjoyed making this Whipped Cupcake Soap Recipe!
