14 grams Lemon Curd Fragrance Oil

This recipe is best prepared in non-humid climates.

Before you start, clean and sanitize your work area as well as all of your packaging materials.  We also suggest wearing gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while creating this bath fizzy recipe.  In addition, prepare your spray bottle, filling it with witch hazel.

Step 1:  Begin by weighing out your baking soda.  Using your hands, break up any clumps in the baking soda.  Next, add the citric acid.  Once again, use your hands to break up any clumps and to mix the ingredients together.

Step 2:  Now, add the Lemon Curd fragrance oil and avocado oil.  Use your hands to mix the ingredients together.  You will want to be certain that the fragrance oil is fully and evenly mixed into the dry ingredients.

Step 3:  Then, you will need to separate your mixture.  Divide the ingredients evenly into three bowls.

Step 4:  The first bowl will remain white.  Set this bowl aside for now.

Step 5:  The contents of the second bowl will be colored yellow.  To this bowl, add 4 grams of the neon yellow colorant and 5 drops of the yellow oxide colorant.  Use your hands to mix the contents of the bowl until the colorant is fully dispersed.

Step 6:  To color the third bowl, add 4 grams of the yellow oxide colorant and 1 gram of the brown colorant.  Once again, use your hands to blend the ingredients together.

Step 7:  Lightly spritz the first bowl of mixture with witch hazel.  Mix the mixture.  Continue spritzing with witch hazel until the mixture feels like crumbly dough in your hands. Do not overspray.  Repeat this process with the remaining bowls.

Step 8:  Begin filling your molds.  We will be layering the bath bombs for this recipe.  Place a layer of the tan colored mixture into each half of six molds.  Then, add layers of white and yellow to each half of the molds.  Pack the molds tightly as you are filling them.

Step 9:  Now, once all of your molds are full, spritz two halves of the bath bomb molds with witch hazel.  Then, attach the halves together.

Step 10:  Allow the bath bombs to set up before removing them from the molds.

We hope that you enjoy your lemon curd bath bombs!
