Clean & sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, an apron, a face mask, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.
Step 1:  First, prepare the dry ingredients.  In a deep mixing bowl add the SCI, baking soda, cream of tartar, and cornstarch.  Mix the ingredients together.  Use your hands to break any clumps.
Step 2:  Next, prepare your wet ingredients.  In a small mixing bowl, add the vegetable glycerin, jojoba oil, and Mardi Gras Fragrance Oil.  Mix the ingredients together.
Step 3:  Now, add the wet ingredients to the bowl containing the dry ingredients.  Once again, mix to blend the ingredients together.  It is easiest to use your hands for this step.  You are looking for a dough consistency.  If your dough is too crumbly, add a bit more vegetable glycerin.  You want to add about a tablespoon at a time until you have the proper consistency.  If you add too much, your bubble bars will not setup properly.  Use caution as you do not want to add too much.
Step 4:  Begin separating your bubble bar dough.  Divide it into three equal portions.  Add each portion to its own bowl.
Step 5:  Color the bubble bar dough.  To the first bowl, add the purple colorant as listed above.  To the second bowl, add the yellow colorant.  To the third bowl, add the teal colorant.  With clean hands mix the contents of each bowl to create an even color.
Step 6:  Begin adding the dough to the mold.  Start with the purple bubble bar dough.  Sprinkle some throughout each cavity of the mold.  Then, do the same with the yellow.  Finally, sprinkle some of the yellow.  Press down to pack the dough into each cavity.  Repeat this process until all four cavities are filled.
Step 7:  Allow the bubble bars to set up overnight.  Then, remove them from the mold and let them completely harden.
Step 8:   Add the drizzle.  Use a microwave to melt the yogurt MP soap in 30 second intervals.  Once melted, add the Mardi Gras Fragrance Oil.  Then, with the bubble bars on a pan lined with parchment paper, drizzle the soap over the bundt cakes.
Step 9:  Allow the bubble bars to setup.  Then, they are ready to use.  To use a bubble bar simply run it under warm bath water.
