Prepare the Melt and Pour Soap:
Step 1:  Prepare the Green Portion of the Pear Embeds:
You will need to melt about 20 grams of your Diamond Clear Melt and Pour Soap for the leaves of the pears.  Once the soap is melted, add 1 gram Champagne Pear Fragrance Oil, 2 drops Kelly Green FUN Soap Colorant, and 1 drop Neon Green FUN Soap Colorant.  Mix to incorporate the fragrance oil and colorants. Next, use a disposable pipette to fill only the leaf portion of the two pear cavities of your mixed fruit mold.

Step 2:  Prepare the Yellow Portion of the Pear Embeds:
You will need to melt 150 grams of your Diamond Clear Melt and Pour Soap.  This will be used for the yellow portion of your pear embeds.  Then, add 7 grams Champagne Pear Fragrance Oil, then mix to incorporate the fragrance.  Then, add 5 drops Yelp Yellow FUN Soap Colorant and 5 drops FUN Soap Colorant Yellow Oxide . Spray the green portion that is in the mold with rubbing alcohol.  Then, pour the mp soap into the remaining portion of the pear cavity of your mixed fruit molds.  Then, spray the soap once again with rubbing alcohol to release any air bubbles.  Allow them to setup before removing them from the mold.

Step 3:  Finally, this recipe will create 8 soap cupcakes.  So, you will need to repeat the above two steps until you have eight pears.

Prepare the Cold Process Soap:
Step 1:  First, prepare your lye solution. Weigh out 517 grams of distilled water.  Slowly add 196 grams of lye.  Mix well to dissolve the lye.  Also, remember to always add the lye to the water.  Never add the water to the lye.  Allow your lye temperature to drop to room temperature.

Step 2:  Prepare your oils and butters.  Weigh out and melt 272 grams Sunflower Oil, 272 grams Mango Butter, 244 grams Fractionated Coconut Oil, 136 grams Apricot Kernel Oil, 136 grams Shea Butter, 136 grams Macadamia Nut Oil, 136 Sweet Almond Oil, and 27 grams Lanolin Oil USP Liquid.  Allow the temperature to drop to room temperature.

Step 3:  While you are waiting, prepare the cp soap colorants.  You will need 5 bowls.  You will later be adding about 215 grams of soap batter to each bowl.  Make sure the bowls are large enough to add this amount.  Below will outline the colorants we used for this recipe.

Bowl 1: 10 grams Lime Green FUN Soap Colorant
Bowl 2:  5 grams Lime Green FUN Soap Colorant
Bowl 3:  5 grams Yelp Yellow FUN Soap Colorant
5 grams Yellow Oxide FUN Soap Colorant
Bowl 4:  2 grams 24K Gold Mica Pigment
(mixed with a little bit of your oils)
Bowl 5:  20 grams Titanium Dioxide Oil Dispersible
(mixed with a little bit of your oils)

Step 4:  Once both the lye solution and oils have come to room temperature, pour the lye solution into the bowl containing the oils.  Stick blend to emulsify them.  Then, add 91 grams of Champagne Pear Fragrance Oil.  Again, stick blend to emulsify.

Step 5:  Now, you will need to separate your batter.  You will need the five bowls containing the colorants. Add about 215 grams of cp soap batter to four of the colorant bowls you prepared.  The only exception is the bowl containing the 5 grams of Lime Green FUN Soap Colorant.  Once you have separated the four colors, prepare your light green batter.  The batter will be used in both the base of the cupcake and the swirled cupcake frosting.  So, to the remaining batter, add the 5 grams of the lime green colorant.  Stick blend to incorporate the green colorant.

Step 6:  Next, separate out 215 grams of the light green soap batter.  This small amount will be used in the swirled portion of your soap.  The larger portion will be used for the cupcake bases of your soap.  Then, go ahead and pour the larger portion of the light green soap into 8 cavities of the silicone cupcake molds.

Step 7:  Begin mixing the other colorants.  Start with your lightest color and mix each bowl using your stick blender.

Step 8:  For this step, you will need an empty bowl.  Pour the contents of the five small bowls into the larger bowl.  You want to pour one color in the bowl.  Then, pour the next color right on top of it.  Continue until you have all five colors in the bowl.  Then, use your rubber spatula to swirl the soap.  Start in the center of the bowl and move your spatula in a clockwise manner until you are satisfied with your swirls.  This will be used for your soap frosting.

Step 9:  Now, allow your soap frosting to thicken to the correct frosting-like consistency.  Then, place the swirled soap frosting on top.  You want it to look like fluffy frosting.  Then, place your pears on top of your frosting.  You will want to push them in slightly so they do not fall out.

Step 10:  After 24 hours remove the soap from the mold.  Once you soap cupcakes have cured, they are ready to use!
