Other Ingredients & Equipment You'll Need:
Mixing Bowl
Stirring Spoon
Glass Beer Mug
Hand held mixer
Glue Gun with Glue

Step 1:  Using the double boiler method, weigh out and melt 405 grams of gel wax.  Set the temperature of your stove top between medium and low heat to do this.

Step 2:  Monitor the gel wax as it melts.  Do not let the temperature of the gel wax reach 230 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, use your thermometer to watch this.  As the gel wax melts, you will notice that the consistency will become like a thick syrup.

Step 3: Once the gel wax is in a liquid like state, add 1 drop of Spectrum Yellow Candle Dye.  Stir.  Next, stick the tip of a toothpick into the Spectrum Green Candle Dye, then dip the toothpick tip into the wax.  Stir again.

Step 4:  Place your pouring pot back into the heat source.

Step 5:  Using your hot glue gun, center and stick your wick to the bottom of the beer mug.

Step 6:  Weigh out 32 grams of Green Irish Tweed Fragrance Oil.  Remove your gel wax from the heat source and add the fragrance.  Stir slowly to prevent having too many bubbles in your wax.  If you do have too many bubbles, set the wax back into the heat source and wait the bubbles out.

Step 7:  Slowly pour the wax into the beer mug.

Step 8:  Then, straighten your wick and set the candle mug aside to set up.

To Make the Beer Froth:
Step 1:  Weigh out and melt 160 grams of Soy Wax 415, using the double boiler method.

Step 2:  Once melted, remove it from the heat source and add 13 grams of Green Irish Tweed scent.  Stir.

Step 3:  Pour your wax into a mixing bowl and let it begin to set up.  Once this occurs, grab your hand held mixer and begin to mix it.  The wax will begin to fluff.  Once it has cooled and thickened, scoop it into the top of the candle mug.  Once the mug top has been filled, allow your wax to completely set up.

Your Green Beer Candle is now ready to burn.  Simply trim your candle wick, light, and enjoy!
