Prior to making this recipe, pour some of your witch hazel into your
spray bottle in order to have this ready.
Step
1: First,
weigh
out and mix 528 grams
of baking soda, 264 grams
of citric acid, and 10
grams
of bentonite clay. If there are any
clumps, break them up with your hands.
Step 2: Then,
in a
separate bowl, add 36 grams
of avocado
oil, 20 grams
of Neon Blue Fun
Soap Colorant, and 16
grams
of Mermaid
Kisses fragrance
oil. Use a spoon to mix these
ingredients together. It will have a
paste like consistency.
Step
3: Use a spoon to add the wet ingredients
bowl to the dry ingredients bowl. Using
your hands, incorporate well. You want
to make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.
Step
4:
Sprinkle
some fish shaped candy sprinkles in the bottom of the molds. Set aside.
Step
5: Next,
spray the mixture lightly with witch hazel and press the mixture into both
halves of the mold, press down firmly. Leave room inside the mold to place the
plastic fish toy. Do not put the toy too
close to the seem of the mold, or your bath bomb will crack in the middle. Now,
spritz both halves of the ornaments with witch hazel. Finally, attach the ornament halves
together. Allow to set up.
Step 6: Once they have hardened, gently remove the bath bombs from the mold.
Your Fish Toy Bath Bombs are now ready for use. Enjoy!
