Indian Sandalwood Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight
Indian Sandalwood Fragrance Oil is a woodsy scent by Natures Garden. This aroma is a lovely, warm blend of rich woodsy notes to create a great, earthy scent. Indian Sandalwood has been known to be used in aromatherapy, religious rituals, body scents, and much more since its discovery. Our customers have found that not only do they find it amazing on its own, but they also found it great as a blend with other aromas. One customer said, “I fell in love with this the first time I smelled this in 1 oz. and immediately purchased a second larger bottle. Made some of NG’s goats milk lotion with this and sent it with my daughter to Arizona. Next I blended it 2 parts Indian Sandalwood and 1 part vanilla extract from NG for cold process almond milk soap. It has been curing 2 weeks so far and is still holding its scent using 1 oz per pound of oils. The Sandalwood/Vanilla fragrance blend is very rich and enticing. Everyone I ask to checkout this soap fragance says the same thing, “mmmmmmmm…” “I like that”. Hope you never do away with this one, it has so much potential for blending fragrances.”

Remember to never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.

Bath oils, bath gels, soaps, lotions, and so many other bath and body products can be created using a maximum of 5% for this scent. One product our customer use this scent in frequently is our Natural Goat’s Milk Lotion. This scent will perform perfectly for perfumes, as long as no more than 5% of this fragrance oil. For instance, our Cold Process Soap Testing Results revealed that this fragrance oil is perfect for this method of creating soaps. A batch containing this scent will have no ricing, no acceleration, and no separation. The final product will maintain a good scent retention. The bar will discolor to a tan, the perfect color for our Sandalwood Fragrance Oil! It can also be used in handmade hot process soap as well as melt and pour soap recipes.
