What Does Toasted Hazelnut Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

Toasted Hazelnut Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden bears the wonderful, rich aroma of freshly toasted hazelnuts.  Base notes of vanilla and butter round off this nutty scent with a smooth, creamy scent.  This scent is great through all seasons and shines during the holidays!

How Do Our Customers Use Toasted Hazelnut Fragrance Oil?

Your bath and body line will get a notable nutty boost when you incorporate Toasted Hazelnut Fragrance Oil!  Gels, bath bombs, and bath oils were found to do well when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added.  Soap makers can use 5% fragrance oil in hot process soap, melt and pour soap, or cold process soap recipes.  Our cold process soap testing results show that soaps made with this scent discolor to a dark chocolate!  There was no ricing, no separation, and no acceleration.  Cured soap had a good scent retention.  We find that the discoloration of soaps with this scent accurately represents the fragrance, and therefore we do not recommend a colorant.  If you do wish to color your soaps, you may use liquid soap dye in the amount of your choosing.  Remember not to use candle dye in any of your bath and body products as they are not body safe.

Cuddle up with a cup of hot cocoa as the warm, inviting scent of Toasted Hazelnut Fragrance Oil fills the air.  Those creating homemade air fresheners can incorporate up to 50% of this fragrance oil in their projects.  You can use this earthy fragrance oil in incense and smelly jelly recipes.  This fragrance oil was also found to create strongly scented aroma beads.  Candles and wax tarts can be made using up to 10% fragrance with vegetable and paraffin wax.  It does nicely in Joy Wax, Wow Wax, and even Pillar of Bliss.  If you wish to color your candles, we recommend using 3 drops of brown liquid candle dye or a small amount of shredded brown color block.  Do not use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.

Toasted Hazelnut Fragrance Oil is a sweet, nutty aroma that can be used in a wide array of products.  Handmade perfumes perform well with this hazelnut fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used.  Homemade lotions can also be created using this scent as up to 5% of your total recipe.  Homemade cleaning recipes can also be created using a maximum of 5%.

Hi my name is Caitlyn and I am a senior at Fairview High School. My friend Kacie and I are shadowing Nature’s Garden for our senior project. Senior project at Fairview is optional, but we are given the freedom to choose a business of our liking to shadow for the last two weeks of the school year. Kacie and I wanted to do something different and fun so when we found Nature’s Garden we thought it was the perfect fit. On our first day we had the opportunity to spend time at the Fragrance Bar where we got to sample the smells of Nature’s Garden’s many fragrance oils. It was tough, but I happened to choose my top ten scents in order to share with you blog readers!
