10 Ways to Use Vanilla Powder in Cosmetics: Cooking with Vanilla Powder

Did you know vanilla powder is often used when cooking or baking? Both vanilla extract and vanilla powder are great ingredients that you can use for cooking all kinds of scrumptious desserts and bakery items. Although the use of vanilla extract is more much more common, the powdered vanilla powder is just as useful in the kitchen. In fact, vanilla powder is many times preferred for its more intense and true flavor. In fact, it happens to be my personal preference. This more true flavor is due to the fact that the powder is purer. You see, vanilla powder contains only ground vanilla beans. On the other hand, the vanilla extract is diluted some with alcohol. Vanilla Spectacular Fragrance OilVanilla SPECTACULAR Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight

We’re willing to bet that you could guess the one word we would use to describe this fragrance oil.  Vanilla SPECTACULAR Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is… SPECTACULAR!  This Nature’s Garden Original Fragrance stands out among vanilla scents as impressively rich and creamy.  A perfect 5-star rating given by our customers lets us know that you love it as much as we do!

What Does Vanilla SPECTACULAR Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

Vanilla SPECTACULAR Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is an indulgent blend of sensuous vanilla creme, mixing with buttery, rich caramel notes.  Warm sparkling brown sugar finishes off this fragrance with comfort and appeal.

How Do Our Customers Use Vanilla SPECTACULAR Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

Create a line of bath and body products that is simply stunning with this fragrance!  Gels, bath bombs, and bath oils were found to do well when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added.  This spectacular fragrance oil is a spectacle to behold as it livens up all of your scented products.  Handmade perfumes perform well with this vanilla fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used.  Homemade lotions can also be created using this scent as up to 5% of your total recipe.  Homemade cleaning recipes can also be created using a maximum of 5%.

Soap makers can use 5% fragrance oil in hot process soap, melt and pour soap, or cold process soap recipes.  Our cold process soap testing results show that soaps made with this scent discolor to a dark chocolate color!  Also, there was no ricing, no separation, and no acceleration.  Cured soap had a strong scent retention.  We find that the discoloration of soaps with this scent accurately represents the fragrance, and therefore we do not recommend a colorant.  A contributing factor to the discoloration of soaps made with this fragrance is the 16% Vanillin content of this fragrance oil.  Vanillin contributes heavily to the discoloration of soap, but incorporating Vanilla White Color Stabilizer may help reduce the effects of this discoloration.

How Do Our Customers Use Vanilla SPECTACULAR Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

Vanilla SPECTACULAR Fragrance Oil delivers a sensuous appeal for room scents like no other fragrance!  Those creating homemade air fresheners can incorporate up to 50% of this fragrance oil in their projects.  You can use this sweet fragrance oil in incense and smelly jelly recipes.  This fragrance oil was also found to create strongly scented aroma beads.  Finally, candles and wax tarts can be made using up to 10% fragrance with vegetable and paraffin wax.  It does nicely in Joy Wax, Wow Wax, and even Pillar of Bliss. If you wish to color your wax products, we would recommend using one drop of brown liquid candle dye, or a small amount of shredded brown color block, per four pounds of wax.  Do not use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.
