Step 9: When using your Lucky Leprechaun Facial Mask, you will need to mix the powder mixture with vegetable glycerin and water. However, by keeping it in a powdered mixture, and mixing it with the water as needed, you will not need to add a preservative and it will not require heating. Plus, it is a nice quick project to add to you line. One tablespoon is about 12 grams. You will need to mix it with water and vegetable glycerin. Mix one tablespoon of the powder with 24 grams, or two tablespoons of water. Then, add 3 grams, about half a teaspoon of vegetable glycerin. Mix well, until smooth.
Now, If you plan to sell this product you can use the one ounce clear PET bottles to package the vegetable glycerin. Also, our black 20/410 flip lids will fit these bottles. You will need to add about 12 grams of vegetable glycerin in each 1 oz plastic bottle. You can then sell one two ounce jar along with one of the bottles of vegetable glycerin.
Step 9: To use your mask apply a thin layer of the mask to your face. Allow the mask to completely harden. This will take some time, so have patience, it is well worth the wait! Then, rinse with warm water. Use a washcloth to gently remove your facial mask. Finally, look in the mirror and admire your beauty!
