Gels and bath oils were found to do well when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added. Soap crafters can use 5% fragrance oil in melt and pour soap or cold process soap recipes. We conducted a test of how this incredibly manly scent performed when soaped in cold process. Our cold process soap testing results show that this fragrance oil had a strong and strong scent retention in cured soap and did not discolor. The soap experienced no acceleration and no separation. There was slight ricing that can be resolved with a stick blender. If you wish to use color in any of your bath and body products, we would recommend using blue and black soap colorant in the amount that satisfies you. Remember not to use candle dye in any of your bath and body products as they are not body safe.
