Although this cosmetic wax can be used with your candle making supplies, soy wax can be used to create various bath and body recipes, too. In fact, you can make 100 soy wax candles that are safe enough to use on the skin. So, one recipe that we have formulated with this cosmetic ingredient is the Massage Candle Recipe. Plus, you can use a scented soy wax to create skin loving, homemade lotion recipes. Also, you can use lip balm flavorings to create lip care products that are great for the skin and taste scrumptious.

Although you can use our pure soy wax to create cosmetic recipes, it is our recommendation that you only use pure soy wax to create body safe cosmetic recipes. The additives or preservatives in other soy waxes may not be body safe, so we suggest sticking with the pure soy wax that is guaranteed to just be soy wax without any random additives.

Bath Bombs With SLS Recipe Weighing the Dry IngredientsBath Bombs With SLS Recipe Weighing the Dry Ingredients

First, you will be weighing the dry ingredients for both the yellow and orange colored halves. So, retrieve two of your four mixing bowls and your gram scale. In each of these two bowls, you will weigh out 256 grams of the citric acid, 83 grams of the Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, 560 grams of the baking soda, and 3 grams of the papaya leaf powder. Now, thoroughly mix the ingredients, break up any clumps, and set both of these bowls aside for later use as we move on to our wet ingredients.

Next, you will be weighing the wet ingredients for both the yellow and orange colored halves. So, take your other two bowls that should be clean and ready to use. Also, place them on your scale and tare your scale with the weight of the bowl. Now, add 8 grams of the Papaya Guava Mango Fragrance Oil and 9 grams of the Meadowfoam Seed Oil to each to your two bowls. Then, you can slowly add one of the bowls of wet ingredients to one of your bowls of dry ingredients. Repeat this with the other two bowls of wet ingredients and dry ingredients.

Now, you are ready to add pigments to create both the yellow and orange colors for your mixtures. So, take one of your two bowls to color first. This bowl will be colored with Neon Yellow and Eye Poke Orange to create a bright yellow hue for half of your bath bomb. In order to create this, you will add 9 grams neon yellow FUN Soap Colorant and 2 grams Eye Poke Orange FUN Soap Colorant to this bowl. Use your hands to mix the colorant thoroughly.  Next, you will take the other bowl and use Jailhouse Red and Neon Red to create a fun orange color for the other half of your bath bomb. So, you will be adding 10 grams Jailhouse Red FUN Soap Colorant and 3 grams Neon Red FUN Soap Colorant to your second mixture bowl.  Again, with clean gloves, mix the colorant evenly so the color is fully incorporated into your ingredients.

Next, it is time for you to add the orange mixture portion of the bath bomb to half of the ornament. First, you will need to spray the mixture with witch hazel. However, you will need to spray slowly as you mix. Since over spraying will activate the ingredients prematurely causing your bath bomb to fall apart, you will want to get this part right. You will know that you have added the right amount when mixture feels like crumbly dough in your hands. After, you can scoop the mixture into the mold half and pack it full.

Now, you can fill the other half of your bath bomb mold. So, take your yellow mixture and spray in the appropriate amount of witch hazel. Just like last time, make sure that you don’t add more than you need as the ingredients will activate in the bowl and your bath bomb mixture will not stick together correctly. After you spray the right amount, you can pack the mixture into the second half of the bath bomb mold.

Finally, you will attach the two mold halves and create the finished bath bomb. So, lightly spritz both the yellow half and the orange half with a little bit more witch hazel and attach the ornament halves together. Now, fill the rest of your ornaments until you have used up all of the yellow and orange mixtures to create your six bath bombs. Then, you will need to wait for the bath bombs to set up and harden. Only after this has happened can you remove the mango scented bath bombs from the ornament molds.

Bath Bombs With SLS Recipe Bubble Bath Ready

After all this waiting, your mango bath bombs are finally ready for you to use! Once you get these super cool bath bombs into the tub they will create all kinds of bubbles and fizz, which is all kinds of fun. White Chocolate Fragrance OilWhite Chocolate Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight

White Chocolate Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is a creamy, decadent white chocolate scent that is simply mouthwatering.  It’s difficult to resist the allure of rich white chocolate!  Did you know? White chocolate, while being a chocolate derivative, is not actually chocolate in the strict sense.  White chocolate contains no cocoa solids, which are the chocolate brown particles left behind after cocoa butter is extracted from cacao.  Despite this difference, White Chocolate is still a wildly popular confectionery treat and makes for a wonderful fragrance oil!

What Does White Chocolate Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

White Chocolate Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is a delightfully rich true-to-name fragrance that bears the aroma of white chocolate.  This scent is comprised of creamy cocoa butter, marshmallow, meringue, white chocolate, and vanilla beans.

How Do Our Customers Use White Chocolate Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

White Chocolate Fragrance Oil will give your bath and body products a luxurious sugary appeal.  Gels, bath bombs, and bath oils were found to do well when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added.  Create a sweet-tooth satisfying product line of any kind with White Chocolate Fragrance Oil.  Handmade perfumes perform well with this vanilla fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used.  Homemade lotions can also be created using this scent as up to 5% of your total recipe.

Soap makers can use 5% fragrance oil in HP soap, melt and pour, or CP soap recipes.  Our cold process soap testing results show that soaps made with this scent discolor to a milk chocolate color!  There was no ricing, no separation, and no acceleration.  Cured soap had a strong scent retention.  We find that the discoloration of soaps with this scent accurately represents the fragrance, and therefore we do not recommend a colorant.  A contributing factor to the discoloration of soaps made with this fragrance is the 4.2% Vanillin content of this fragrance oil.  Vanallin contributes heavily to the discoloration of soap, but incorporating Vanilla White Color Stabilizer may help reduce the effects of this discoloration.    If you do wish to color your soaps, you may use liquid soap dye in the amount of your choosing.

How Do Our Customers Use White Chocolate Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

White Chocolate Fragrance Oil is a smooth, warming scent when used in room scenting products.  Those creating homemade air fresheners can incorporate up to 50% of this fragrance oil in their projects.  You can use this sweet fragrance oil in incense and smelly jelly recipes.  This fragrance oil was also found to create strongly scented aroma beads.  Homemade cleaning recipes can also be created using a maximum of 5%.

Candles and wax tarts can be made using up to 10% fragrance with vegetable and paraffin wax.  It does nicely in Joy Wax, Wow Wax, and even Pillar of Bliss.  We find that the natural color of our waxes represents this aroma well, therefore we do not recommend a colorant.  If you do wish to color your candles, you may use a small amount of liquid soap dye or shredded color blocks.  Do not use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.
