Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications- Bitches Brew Wholesale Fragrance Oil: Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing.  Always test fragrance in all applications.  We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results.  Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients.  Cold process soap testing was done by our staff using strict controls. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Soaping at room temperature can help to reduce the likelihood of accelerated trace.  Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla.  However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products.

Candles Performs perfectly in joy wax, wow wax, and is nice and strong in soy wax.
Soap (Cold Process Results) No acceleration, no ricing, no separation, no discoloration.  Strong scent retention.
Perfumes Performs perfectly
Bath & Body Products Performed well
Room Scenting Nice and strong in aroma beads.

I usually will not leave a review when I am not happy with something but since the soaping notes on this fragrance are so far off of what I experienced, I felt I had to put in what happened to me. I soaped at room temp, used recommend amount of FO and I had soap on a stick within 30 seconds of pouring the FO. I was attempting to make layers and put the FO into each of the layers instead of the entire batch and each time it got worse. Soap was a disaster. Ended up with huge air holes and layers did not end up sticking together. Scent retention was not good. After 4 weeks of curing could barely smell it. Will not use again in CP soap but will try it in candles (soy) & melts (soy blend) to see how the CT & HT are - keeping my fingers crossed that it works well.

Not Recommended for Cold Process Soap Review rating is 2 stars

This fragrance oil performed perfectly with no discoloration, ricing, or acceleration. Scent rentention was terrible. With no scent after 20 days. To provide an accurate reference we soap at 76°F with a vegan Olive, Coconut, Palm recipe. I would not recommend this fragrance for use in cold process soap as it's scent performs poorly.

I very much liked this fragrance blend. The earthy patchouli comes through but in a nice way. Not over powering , just a good strong scent and it sticks in soap.

I used this scent in all of my bath and body products...CP soap and bath bombs sold out the fastest! I will be ordering more of this scent soon as I have local clients requesting that I keep this scent in my line up all year around! Behaved very well in my CP soap recipe which is a huge plus because it allows me to have all of my bath and body products with this scent!

I just recently decided to test out some fragrances in joy wax candles and will absolutely be getting this scent again in October. I agree that this scent will be perfect in my spooky creations.

I love this smell so much! It lasts and lasts in the soap! It didn't make the soap trace early or discolor it at all!

Perfect as a Base Review rating is 5 stars

Although i do not use this alone, I blend it with one other Fragrance 80/20. As the dominant scent, with just a slight hint of something sweeter, this is a top seller for me with people asking for more and larger items. It performs perfectly as the deeper anchor scent for my candles.

Not as spicy as I thought it would be. Very light in my cp recipe, but still a nice fragrance. I would choose Witching Hour for a spicier blend.

I bought a big bottle of this thinking I would love it because of the notes. While customers seem to like it, I'm not sure about it. I put it in Soy Wax and I think the smell is a little strange. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I hate it. Confusing scent, for sure. I also used it in a solid perfume and was not a big fan of that either.

Smells like stale Stetson Cologne Review rating is 1 stars

1 Bitches Brew Fragrance Oil

Reviewer: from Orlando, FL US

I tried and tried to use the 4 oz of this scent I bought, in tart, pillar or votive form it just smelled yucky. Maybe I got a bad batch, as I was extremely excited to read it was a dupe for Witches Brew, my all time favorite scent from Yankee, which at this time of year, I have burning in my home. Well there's no patchouli, spice or any similar notes to that scent, just a very metallic, stale cheap cologne smell. I'm very sorry to have to write this review. :(
