Our natural soap bases are made with natural ingredients; with the exception of Germall Plus added to a few of our bases (which is a necessary antimicrobial agent to prevent mold and bacterial growth). Natural Soap bases containing Germall Plus are considered 99.5% natural. Natural soap bases are considered Soap by the FDA, not cosmetics. Soap bases that contain Sodium Laureth Sulfate are considered cosmetics, not soap, by the FDA, and need to be labeled accordingly. Natures Garden's Melt and pour soaps are made from 99.5% glycerin and pure deodorized double distilled coconut oil. High moisturizing content. Superior lathering qualities. Contains no animal fats. No animal testing. Simply melt soap in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the soap is completely melted, add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of fragrance oil per pound of soap, add a few drops of soap coloring, and pour into soap molds. Allow soap to cool at room temperature, and pop them out of the molds. *Soaps may absorb moisture from the air.
