Whole Wheat Bread Fragrance Oil

We tested many, many different baked bread fragrance oils before we found one that we would give the Natures Garden name.  This whole wheat bread fragrance smells just like freshly-baked bread; light on the yeast, and heavy on the crisp crust.  You will love it!

Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications-  Whole Wheat Bread Wholesale Fragrance Oil: Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing.  Always test fragrance in all applications.  We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results.  Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients.  Cold process soap testing was done by our staff using strict controls. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Soaping at room temperature can help to reduce the likelihood of accelerated trace.  Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla.  However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products.

Everyone thinks this smells like popcorn. It's selling. But I might have to change the name as well. Hmmm

Whole Wheat Bread Ricing in CP

Reviewer: A viewer from Clarksville, TN US 12/12/12

I love love love this scent. Tried CP soaping this blend twice, and both times, it riced. I'm sad. Any suggestions? I would love to have this blend in a soap.

It worked in my CP soap :)

Reviewer: A viewer from Bonnells Bay, NSW AU 05/12/13

I used this fo at 2.85% of my oil weight in a beer and yoghurt soap made with a high olive oil recipe. It took ages to trace, really ages! It didn't seem to want to come together (emulsify) properly at all at first. After my stick blender got too hot I changed to a whisk and it took another 15 minutes of continual whisking to emulsify. A further 10 minutes of alternating whisking with stick blending brought it to a light trace. In the mould it wouldn't properly hold a textured top and flattened out again during gel. I soaped RTCP and it didn't even start to gel for over 3 hours, then reached a full gel 1 1/2 hours later. I am glad the final soap was worth it and my perseverance paid off! It smells just like fresh baked bread or a really yeasty beer and was very popular with my male customers.
I reduced my rating to 4 stars because of how long it took to make.

Buttered Popcorn

Reviewer: A viewer from Grand Blanc, MI US 06/20/09

I have to agree with the other reviews... it smells like buttered popcorn! That's not a bad thing.. but dissappointing when I expected Fresh Baked Bread smell. My customers like it... but want it called popcorn. Any suggestions for fresh baked bread?

No Dough...

Reviewer: A viewer from Orlando, FL US 08/21/09

...I agree with many of the other reviews; this is less of a Bread scent, and much more a Popcorn, with hints of peanuts and a maybe a little caramel. I think that You could easily market candles with this scent under the name 'Cracker Jack'.

I had to laugh when I read the review from another candle maker for this scent....I am getting the same thing as well. Myself and my customers think it smells more like sweet and salty popcorn than Whole Wheat Bread. I enjoy the smell alot and it's a great seller, especially in a tart.

Smells Like a Buttered Pretzel

Reviewer: A viewer from USA 11/01/14

This is a powerful fragrance. It was used at less than 1% in a cp soap and blended with other fragrances and essential oils and still pops. It smells salty and lends a warm buttered salt note to the soap.

It was a little strong for my purposes but would be lovely if you are looking for a straight salty, butter note. Reminds me of a freshly baked pretzel. Similar to buttered maple oats and honey without the sweet notes.
