Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications- Creamy Chocolate Cupcake Wholesale Fragrance Oil: Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing. Always test fragrance in all applications. We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results. Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients. These cold process soap results were done by hand mixing. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products. If we mention that a bath product thinned once fragrance was added, we suggest that you use Xanthum Gum Thickener to thicken your product.

I have tried and tried to get a good chocolate scent, that wasn't alcohol-y. I am NOT a fan a bakery scents, and figured from the description not only would I not like it, but it would turn any lotion I made brown. NOPE! This has become my absolute FAVORITE chocolate scent. I rarely use it on its own, I use it as part of specialized blends in my line, especially one I call Dark Night Solstice. This chocolate is PERFECT for it!! NO other chocolates I have tried give the excellent results that this does. OOB I still don't love it. But in product - Oh my! My last batch of lotion I made for sale I ended up keeping most of it because I love it so much - plus - I have no idea how - but NO discoloration AT ALL (I won't use stabilizer.)
I am making up three test batches of a new spritz blend, two with chocolates from elsewhere, and one with this one. This one is already *my* favorite of the three, and I bet I know which my testers will like best too. It is just the PERFECT chocolate for blending when you really want a nice dark chocolate note. Love it, and was just coming to the site to buy more, when I decided to leave a review!

I use this scent in soy wax melts and candles. It is very strong and to me smells like straight up cocoa. Some of my customers find it to be too strong for them when they open it up to smell it.

I agree that it is a good strong scent and you definitely notice the amaretto. I was looking for a chocolate FO for M&P soaps that children would be using, but the kids said that they smelled "funny", ( & not really like chocolate) . Perhaps the combination is just too sophisticated for them, I will continue the search for a more kid friendly chocolate.
