Description:

A Best Seller! Strong top notes of black currants, strawberries, and mulberries; middle note of granny smith apples; bottom notes of rose and jasmine. For use in candles, potpourri, incense, bath and body products, melt and pour soap, cold process soap; but turns yellowish in color. Flash point >200F. Color suggestion for a 4 pound batch of candles- 1/4 inch color block burgundy plus 3 drops black liquid dye.

This black current holds up well in potpourri, sprays and under heat. I love the complexity of it, but at the same time it seems like a simple fragrance as well. Customers love it.

I was a little worried about the scent--so many notes, and the floral bottom notes! I wanted a straight-up black currant and had a lot of trouble finding a GREAT one. This is it. Super-strong, very tangy and sweet. Perfect for blending; I use it in many perfumes and my customers adore it!
