Boston Tea Party Fragrance Oil

Boston Tea Party Fragrance Oil

This fragrance oil by Natures Garden was inspired by American History.  On December 16, 1773, colonists protested against taxation without representation by the British Government;  throwing shipments of tea into the Boston Harbor.  This was a key event that lead to the American Revolution. In 2009, groups of Americans,  in cities all across the USA,  began throwing  modern-day Tea Party Protests to denounce government spending, taxation, and the erosion of our constitution.  Although these protests are not commonly reported on the news, they are indeed gaining momentum.  Due to the love we have for our country and for our constitution, we decided to create a fragrance called Boston Tea Party.  Natures Garden's Boston Tea Party fragrance is the aroma of freshly brewed iced tea with juicy lemon.  Let the party begin!  An NG Original Fragrance!

Top Notes:  lemon, tea leaves
Mid Notes: rose hips, chai spice, jasmine

True Tea & Lemon!

Take it from a southern gal...this is what iced tea with lemon smells like for sure. Reminds me of Lipton's ready made teas. My mother loved this in soap and I feel it will be a hit for the summer.

The real thing

Reviewer: A viewer from Durham, NC US 12/01/12

This FO hits it out of the park in performance - no acceleration, no ricing, no discolouration, none of the gremlins come into play here. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the scent of the tea seems a bit strong while weak at the same time. Strong in that it's like an unsweetened tea, but weak in that the scent itself is a bit mild in cp soap. Very subtle. An added splash of Lemon would go great with this one.

this is very "tea" smelling, I don't smell any lemon, but strangely enough I do smell a bakery note. It still smells good though!

Excellent iced tea with lemon scent! Refreshing &

Reviewer: A viewer from Celina, TX US 08/05/13

This should be renamed to sound more appealing to people. I almost didn't try it but I had tried another iced tea one from another company & I liked it, so I decided to give this one a try. I use it in candles in a parasoy blend wax. It is awesome & a very good seller. Strong throw & has a nice tea & lemon scent.

Renamed - Sun Brewed Lemon Tea

Reviewer: A viewer from Fox River Grove, IL US 07/29/11

This throws GREAT in soy and sells really well with the name "Sun Brewed Lemon Tea" because that is what it smells exactly like to me. The current name implies a stuffy tea like Earl Grey or English Breakfast, and I don't get that at all from smelling it.

Love this

Such a refreshing scent, like ice tea and a little lemon herb. My customers really like it. Not perfumey, or too strong for who want a scent that's more subtle. Behaved well in CP and scent is strong after two months. No discoloration. Will buy again.

While this is a really nice fresh clean scent, I think it has a better cold scent throw than hot. I usually use GF soy 464, but tried a different wax, so this may be the reason for the weak hot throw. This scent is light, but very nice for summer.
