Recieved my first order with NG and was very happy with it. The order arrived on time, in excellent condition; no spills, no breakage, and everything was there.
Love the packaging of FO's and oils...convenient to use bottles.
Can't wait to try everything in my soapmaking ! Will definitely make this company my first choice.

There several companies that carry fragrances that have the same name, yet NG has it perfected. I loved a few fragrance oils NG had, but I placed an order for more FO's from another company, thinking they'ed have to smell the same. WRONG! The fragrances were'nt bad they just didn't have the crip notes and I had to use MORE of the FO to get the same level of scent in my CP soap. Thank you NG for great fragrances and even better quality~

I placed an order from another company for an item that NG doesn't carry. After a week the shipping status on my order was still "pending". Upon calling I was told that they were busy this time of year (who isn't?) and they couldn't tell me when it would ship. You guys have my orders to me in a timely fashion and with no problems or excuses. Thank you! I have orders to fill too and you guys get that. That's why you have my business. Thanks so much!!!

I have made lotion, for the first time, using your goats milk. Everyone loves it! It makes your skin feel like silk. My skin was dry, but not now.
