Whipped Shaving Cream Recipe

Recipe makes approximately (7) 4oz jars of whipped shaving cream.

454 grams of Whipped Soap Base
12 grams of Mango Butter
4 grams of Knock Out Fragrance Oil
4 grams of
Bentonite Clay Powder
4 grams of
Optiphen Preservative


Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.


Step 1: 
Using your scale, weigh out your Whipped Soap Base and place it into your mixing bowl.  Set aside.


Step 2: 
In a separate bowl, weigh out your mango butter, fragrance oil, and optiphen.

Step 3:  Next, using your hand held mixer, start to whip the whipped soap base.  You will notice the base will start to appear like whipped frosting.

Step 4: 
When you have reached this point, add the weighed out mango butter, fragrance oil, and optiphen to the whipped soap base.  Using a spatula,  begin to fold the ingredients into the whipped soap base.  You want to thoroughly mix this to incorporate it well.

Step 5:  Next, add Bentonite clay powder.  Using your spatula, fold the clay into the whipped soap base.  Make sure you clean the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Step 6:
  Start whipping the mixture again. Make sure the mixture is well blended.  When the mixture begins to look like whipped frosting again, stop beating.

Step 7:  Finally, using your spoon scoop the whipped shaving cream into your 4 oz clear PET jars and lid. 

Your
whipped shaving cream is now ready to use!  Enjoy!
