An NG Original Scent! A Best Seller! We've taken a family favorite recipe and had our perfumist create a scent that is reminiscent. Apple butter pie is an amazing fragrance that reminds us of our grandma's southern baking while on trips to Tennessee. The perfect arrangement of tart pie apples, apple butter, evaporated milk, cinnamon, and buttery, flakey pie crust. We've even provided you with the recipe so that you can enjoy this pie too!
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions: Combine apple butter, egg, sugar, flour and milk in a bowl and mix well. Pour into the pie shell; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F; bake 35 minutes more or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a real treat!

Since our fragrances are so strong, we suggest only using 1/2 ounce to 1.0 ounce of fragrance per pound of candle wax.
Coloring Suggestions: Apple Butter Pie Wholesale Fragrance Oil:

Use 2 drops of red plus 2 drops of brown liquid candle dye per 4 pounds of wax or shred a small amount of a cinnamon color block into your melted wax. Never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick. |

Always test fragrance in all applications. We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results. Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients. These cold process soap results were done by hand mixing. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products. If we mention that a bath product thinned once fragrance was added, we suggest that you use Xanthum Gum Thickener to thicken your product.

I love all of NG's products! But I was surprised at how strong this scent came out in my soy candles. It smells like a very strong Red Hot fireball candy, not like an apple pie.

Don't normally write reviews; but this one deserves it. And also don't really like apple scents. This is so beautiful; apple butter is not the same as apple. It's bakery, baked, everything yummy and spicy too but not overpowering. Complex bakery scent use in many things because it works well in just about everything!

It smells really nice, apple pie with a hint of spices. However it separated in my whole batch of CP right away. I didn't make any mistakes. I couldn't pour in the mold and had to rebatch it for a long time with the FO floating on top. A shame because it says that it shouldn't happen and on Youtube it looks like it worked very well. I won't be using this anymore. And I have some leftover...

I was looking for an apple scent to add to my candle line, but wanted something a little different than the normal 'apple'. This one is a keeper! Everyone loves this fo! It smells just like my grandma's homemade apple butter, with a slight bakery note! Scent throw hot and cold in soy is amazing! Thanks NG!

The description sounded so great on this that I had to try it in my wax tarts! I think that the pie crust comes through the most and it could use a touch more butter and apple. It is a great fall scent for customers that love baked scents but not spiced ones.
