Description:
A very true-to-name fragrance oil. The refreshing aroma of a rootbeer soda.
Did You Know? The Sumerians discovered the process of fermentation some 6,000 years ago. With this new knowledge, they were able to start fermenting wild barley and in essence created the first beer. Flash forward to the mid 1800s: It was very common for the vast majority of pharmacists to create cure all remedies. These cure alls supposedly successfully treated many different medical problems. Several of these cure alls had ingredients and recipes that were ironically very close to that of rootbeer. Some of these ingredients included: roots and spices, and of course, secret elements. Later, Charles Hires came across one of these recipes, and was so fond of it, that he later packaged it as tea. This tea was such a sensation, that the Hires family began selling it in a carbonated bottled version. This beverage is still known today as one of the first sodas ever sold.

Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications- Rootbeer Wholesale Fragrance Oil: Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing. Always test fragrance in all applications. We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results. Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients. These cold process soap results were done by hand mixing. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products. If we mention that a bath product thinned once fragrance was added, we suggest that you use Xanthum Gum Thickener to thicken your product.

Soaps beautifully. No A but discolors to a light beige. Scent does morph just a bit to a licorice in cured bars but still smells like Root Beer

Used in CP soap. No problems or discoloration. Smells just like Rootbeer, but with a little extra kick. I’m not sure what the scent is, but there’s one note that is a definite Rootbeer scent with one note being just a bit stronger. All in all, a great replica of Rootbeer.
