Since our fragrances are so strong, we suggest only using 1/2 ounce to 1.0 ounce of fragrance per pound of candle wax.
Coloring Suggestions: Tangerine Dreams Wholesale Fragrance Oil:

2 drops orange liquid candle dye or a small amount of shredded orange color block per 4 pounds of wax. Never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick. |

Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications- Tangerine Dreams Wholesale Fragrance Oil: Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing. Always test fragrance in all applications. We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results. Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients. These cold process soap results were done by hand mixing. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products. If we mention that a bath product thinned once fragrance was added, we suggest that you use Xanthum Gum Thickener to thicken your product.

- Citrus fragrances may have a fuel-like smell when burning. We suggest that you pour candles with citrus notes at the lowest possible temperature, or add a small amount of vanilla to these fragrances to avoid the fuel smell.
- Fragrances may discolor bath and body products. Thorough testing will be required of the customer in order to get the results that you desire.
- Our fragrances are sold by weight and not volume.

This was from my first order at Natures Garden and I made the candle only last night. Well, not being able to wait, I decided to test burn it and so far so good. I use Plain 415 soy wax.
I recently purchased some oils from another company and was very disappointed even after 2 weeks of cure time, but this oil is doing very well at 1 oz pp. It will probably get much better as the candle cures.

I used this in lotion, body splash and shower gel (I don't soap). The fragrance is so true--I don't detect the vanilla, but the tangerine scent is unmistakable--a straight tangerine (no floral or green notes) --just like you've peeled off a segment of the real citrus fruit and bitten into it. To my nose, it's similar to, but distinct from, orange--just a real tangerine scent. Very citrusy and would be great for summer. Only drawback is that it's bit weak in the lotion--I would've liked it to be stronger since it smells soooo good. Will definitely be re-ordering this one.

Just wanted you all to know this is the BEST Tangerine smell ever! I use it alone and also mix it with a few other things to make my own Christmas Wassail. I use this in soy and it gives a very good hot and cold throw. My customers love it too!
