Since our fragrances are so strong, we suggest only using 1/2 ounce to 1.0 ounce of fragrance per pound of candle wax.
Coloring Suggestions: Tart Green Apple Wholesale Fragrance Oil:

2 drops green plus 2 drops yellow liquid candle dye or a small amount of shredded green plus yellow color block per 4 pounds of wax. Never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick. |

Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications- Tart Green Apple Wholesale Fragrance Oil: Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing. Always test fragrance in all applications. We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results. Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients. These cold process soap results were done by hand mixing. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products. If we mention that a bath product thinned once fragrance was added, we suggest that you use Xanthum Gum Thickener to thicken your product.

- Citrus fragrances may have a fuel-like smell when burning. We suggest that you pour candles with citrus notes at the lowest possible temperature, or add a small amount of vanilla to these fragrances to avoid the fuel smell.
- Fragrances may discolor bath and body products. Thorough testing will be required of the customer in order to get the results that you desire.
- Our fragrances are sold by weight and not volume.

I was really expecting something like the way a fresh Granny Smith Apple tastes, but that wasn't the case. Out of the bottle it was very faint, so I used 1 1/2 oz. per lb., but it still was missing that tartness. I renamed it Sweet Green Apple. I'll have to see how it sells.

I expected this to blow me out of house and home based on the reviews, but was disappointed that I couldn't get a hot throw off of this in pure soy. I may have to try out the Green Apple Explosion next time.

I was very surprised with this scent! Usually with green apple you get a strong candy type green apple smell. The surprise with this is it smells like you picked up an apple of the produce stand and smelled it. Nice smell not too strong.

It's tart, but not apple enough. It does fade in CP too. I like the scent, it behaves well, but it's just too light! Maybe more apple and perhaps something to make it stick?

I so wanted to like this one! I just couldn't get it to throw in Parrafin or ornies. I will try it in b&b to see if I like it. I may try mixing it with Mac apple and call it mixed apples.

This scent was a bit too mild/light for me. I used this in MP soaps and had to add more than usual to my soapmaking. If you're looking for something mild, then this will work, but it wasn't "tart" enough for me. I intend to mix it with other scents in the future.
