Boston Tea Party Fragrance Oil

Boston Tea Party Fragrance Oil

Boston Tea Party Fragrance Oil

This fragrance oil by Natures Garden was inspired by American History.  On December 16, 1773, colonists protested against taxation without representation by the British Government;  throwing shipments of tea into the Boston Harbor.  This was a key event that lead to the American Revolution. In 2009, groups of Americans,  in cities all across the USA,  began throwing  modern-day Tea Party Protests to denounce government spending, taxation, and the erosion of our constitution.  Although these protests are not commonly reported on the news, they are indeed gaining momentum.  Due to the love we have for our country and for our constitution, we decided to create a fragrance called Boston Tea Party.  Natures Garden's Boston Tea Party fragrance is the aroma of freshly brewed iced tea with juicy lemon.  Let the party begin!  An NG Original Fragrance!

5 out of 5 stars Excellent iced tea with lemon scent! Refreshing & 08/05/2013
Reviewer: A viewer from Celina, TX US
This should be renamed to sound more appealing to people. I almost didn't try it but I had tried another iced tea one from another company & I liked it, so I decided to give this one a try. I use it in candles in a parasoy blend wax. It is awesome & a very good seller. Strong throw & has a nice tea & lemon scent.

This fragrance is strong, i have a bar of wrapped soap sitting on the vanity in my bathroom and every time I walk in this is what I can smell. The fragrance holds very well. I made a layered MP soap and made one layer NG Coconut fragrance and it works very well with the Boston Tea Party fragrance. Very refreshing and I can smell all the elements equally, and not like dish detergent.

This is a good scent. A little tart but nice in 464.
4 out of 5 stars The real thing 12/01/2012
Reviewer: Denise Jackson-Gunter from Durham, NC US
This FO hits it out of the park in performance - no acceleration, no ricing, no discolouration, none of the gremlins come into play here. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the scent of the tea seems a bit strong while weak at the same time. Strong in that it's like an unsweetened tea, but weak in that the scent itself is a bit mild in cp soap. Very subtle. An added splash of Lemon would go great with this one.
4 out of 5 stars Not much tea notes 08/08/2012

More lemony than tea, still behaved well in CP with no acceleration.
5 out of 5 stars True Tea & Lemon! 03/19/2012

Take it from a southern gal...this is what iced tea with lemon smells like for sure. Reminds me of Lipton's ready made teas. My mother loved this in soap and I feel it will be a hit for the summer.

Reviewer: Jonathan Hoke from Outer Banks, NC
While this is a really nice fresh clean scent, I think it has a better cold scent throw than hot. I usually use GF soy 464, but tried a different wax, so this may be the reason for the weak hot throw. This scent is light, but very nice for summer.

I really like this in cp soap! Soaped extremely well. It turned a yellowish color & it just fits the scent. Love this one!! Thank you NG!!!
5 out of 5 stars Renamed - Sun Brewed Lemon Tea 07/29/2011
Reviewer: Christina from Fox River Grove, IL US
This throws GREAT in soy and sells really well with the name "Sun Brewed Lemon Tea" because that is what it smells exactly like to me. The current name implies a stuffy tea like Earl Grey or English Breakfast, and I don't get that at all from smelling it.
5 out of 5 stars Nice Surprise! 05/27/2011
Reviewer: A viewer from Pennsylvania, USA
I got this one to add something a little different to my line. I LOVE it! I was pleasantly surprised when I poured this one: lovely tea & lemon scent. I made several other candles at the same time, and the smell of this one stood out nice & strong among all of the others. I will be burning one of these myself this summer:)

this is very "tea" smelling, I don't smell any lemon, but strangely enough I do smell a bakery note. It still smells good though!
