Since our fragrances are so strong, we suggest only using 1/2 ounce to 1.0 ounce of fragrance per pound of candle wax.
Coloring Suggestions: Cranberry Balsam Wholesale Fragrance Oil:

Use 6 drops of burgundy plus 2 drops of black liquid candle dye per 4 pounds of wax or shred a small amount of a burgundy and black color block into your melted wax. Never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick. |

Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications- Cranberry Balsam Wholesale Fragrance Oil: Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing. Always test fragrance in all applications. We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results. Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients. These cold process soap results were done by hand mixing. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products. If we mention that a bath product thinned once fragrance was added, we suggest that you use Xanthum Gum Thickener to thicken your product.

- Citrus fragrances may have a fuel-like smell when burning. We suggest that you pour candles with citrus notes at the lowest possible temperature, or add a small amount of vanilla to these fragrances to avoid the fuel smell.
- Fragrances may discolor bath and body products. Thorough testing will be required of the customer in order to get the results that you desire.
- Our fragrances are sold by weight and not volume.

It smells mostly of sweet cranberries with a light background of balsam. It’s a nice, fresh scent- a little festive, but not in- your- face Christmas. I used it both as an air freshener spray and MP soap.

This smelled great OOB, and had great plans for it. Used it in CP, and smelled great at first, but now after 3 weeks cure can hardly smell it at all in the bars. Also used in joywax candles, and all that's coming through is the cranberry, no pine at all. This was really the first disappointment from NG.

This is truely a wonderful holiday fragrance. Not to sour on the cranberry and not to piney on the balsam - just the right blend on each for both bath products and candles. I used at 3% for M&P soap and they smell absolutely wonderful. A great fragrance for your holiday product line!

I love the combination; the darker, fresh woodsier scent is a stable base note and the cranberry adds both a subtle sweetness and a little bit of bitterness just like a real cranberry.

If it was just a bit more craberry-ish it would be perfect but it is lacking in a note that catches your nose. I think experimenting with adding some spices may help or even a single note cranberry.

I discovered this scent at Pier One Imports. It is a year-round scent that has been a favorite of our clients for more than a decade. No matter where I travel or what other scents we try, I always come back to it. Natures Garden has not captured the essence of the scent as well as the Pier One scent but it has come close. Once improved it will blow the scale.
