Apple Butter Pie FragranceApple Butter Pie Fragrance Oil Spotlight

This is yet another one of those fragrances that gives you a sweet scent without putting in all the work of making the real-life version it is modeled after. Our Apple Butter Pie Fragrance Oil page features an apple butter pie recipe, which seems simple enough, but you still need to make apple butter before making your apple butter pie. And that alone is enough to fill your house with the sweet smell of spicy apples. But who is to say how long that will last? This fragrance oil allows you to maintain that amazing apple aroma long after the last piece of pie would have been lovingly devoured.

What Does Apple Butter Pie Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

The perfect arrangement of tart pie apples, apple butter, evaporated milk, cinnamon, and buttery, flaky pie crust.  Both an NG Original Scent and a best seller!

How Do Our Customers Use Apple Butter Pie Fragrance Oil?

Candles: this freshly baked fragrance performed perfectly in joy wax and wow wax, and is nice and strong in soy wax. It is not gel wax compatible. The maximum recommended usage percentage in vegetable waxes and paraffin wax is 10%. Our coloring recommendations for candles are two drops of red liquid candle dye and two drops of brown liquid candle dye per four pounds of wax, or shred a small amount of cinnamon color block into your melted wax. Remember to never use crayons to color your candles. It’ll clog the wick, the candle won’t work, it’s a whole mess. You could even use the stainless steel tart floater candle mold to make small pie-shaped, pie-scented wax melts using our Pillar of Bliss Wax.

Soaps: the maximum recommended usage percentage for this apple aroma in soaps, bath gels, bath oils, and cleaning products is 1%. Apple Butter Pie fragrance performs well in bath and body products. The vanillin content is 0%, so it is unlikely to discolor your bath and body products too much. Our cold process soap testing results found that in CP Soap, this sweet, spicy scent caused slight acceleration, but no ricing and no separation, and discolored the soap to a straw color. Vanilla White Color Stabilizer might not be very helpful when attempting to correct discoloration of products made using this fragrance because the vanillin content is 0%, so it’s more likely that the cause of discoloration in this oil is something other than vanilla. You can always test it to be sure. Our coloring recommendations for soap are: use red soap colorant in the amount that satisfies you. Or you could use a little bit of brown soap colorant to make it pie-colored and use this pie heart mold to make pie-shaped soap. How cute is that?

Lotions and perfumes: this mouth-watering scent performs perfectly in perfumes and the maximum recommended usage percentage in lotions and perfumes is 1%.

Room scents: the maximum recommended usage percentage for this apple butter pie aura in incense and potpourri is 50% and it comes across nice and strong in aroma beads.

2.  Why did you decide to go into business?  What was your motivation?  How long have you been in business?  I decided to go into business after years of teaching preschool.  I came across candle and soap making while finding crafting projects for the children and I got hooked.  I have been in business for 7 years and did nothing but research and test for 2 years prior.

3.  What products do you make and sell?  I make and sell a range of bath and body items, air and carpet fresheners, and a variety of wax melts and candles.

4.  What are your business goals?  I strive to have not just great products that people can truly enjoy but great customer service as well.

5.  What are some products you use from Natures Garden; what are your favorite products from Natures Garden?  Some of the products I use from Nature’s Garden are their waxes and fragrance oils; both of which are constant must haves for me. Nature’s Garden is my “go to” supplier and always will be! I love Natures Garden fragrance oils; they are awesome quality fragrance oils and they carry a large variety.  My current favorite is Frozen Margarita (in fragrance and flavor oil)!

Creative Outlet Earning Extra Income

2.  Why did you decide to go into business?  What was your motivation?  How long have you been in business?  I’m a stay-at-home mom and needed an outlet for my creativity that would earn extra income. I was working on the lines that I would carry for a candle and soap business when our daughter got sick in 2010.  At that time, I started taking a closer look at the products that I was bringing into my home. Thankfully, her illness wasn’t as severe as originally diagnosed and I opened my Etsy based business in 2011.  I’ve always loved candles, so I set out to start making stylish, high-quality candles that my friends and I would like and use.

 3.  What products do you make and sell?  My main product line includes my crafty soy candles (canning jar containers with decorative handcrafted covers), wax melts, wax luminaries, body butter, spa salts & nail polish. I rotate out other products such as incense, burlap wall art, glass luminaries, facial masks, smelly jellies, salves and children’s bubble bath.

 4.  What are your business goals?  I would like to grow my business from a home business to having a store front in our historic downtown that showcases locally made candles, soaps and crafts. We have a lot of insanely talented artisans in my area and I would love to own a shop that showcases them all, and offer the occasional class in crafting. I would also like to own a small manufacturing facility so that I could take on larger orders that I have had to previously turn down.  Every candle that I create is an investment in not only my future; it’s an investment in the future of my family and this town that I grew up in and think of so dearly. It might be a struggle to achieve my dream, but I’m in this for the long haul and I can’t wait until all of my friends and everyone in this town try my custom container candles.

5.  What are some products you use from Natures Garden; what are your favorite products from Natures Garden?  My favorite products from Nature’s Garden are the fragrance oils and essential oils. Egyptian Dragon is heavenly, it is my best seller! Vanilla Spectacular is one of my favorite scents. People who normally don’t care for vanilla love Vanilla Spectacular! Another of my favorites is “Cashmere & Silk,” because it is an incredible scent! The essential oils that I have bought from Nature’s Garden have been great, I really love the patchouli essential oil and tea tree essential oil.  In addition to the fragrance and essential oils, I love the variety of herbs and spices that you carry! Many of the body recipes that I make require the use of powdered herbs or spices and they are very expensive to buy locally. I’m very thankful that you carry the herbs and spices that I need. Your incense supplies are phenomenal!

US Army Wife uses NG Fragrance Oils

2.  Why did you decide to go into business? What was your motivation? How long have you been in business?  I started my candle business just last April. It’s been a long time dream of mine to start a line of good quality candles. My husband is in the military and we got orders to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in 2011 and I thought this was the perfect time to start, considering there isn’t much here for entertainment. It has given me plenty of time to get it all up and running. So far it has taken off great! What’s even better is I get to supply a product to my military community wherever we go.

3. What products do you make and sell?  I make soy blend candles in all different sizes and also specialize in making candles in unique containers. We offer a huge variety of wax melts and room sprays. I use high quality oils to give you the best possible scent to fill your home. I hope to offer a much bigger variety once we make it back to the good ole USA this summer.

4. What are your business goals?  This is just the start for me, I have created my candle line to sell online and at festivals and craft fairs but I am on my way to my own shop located in my hometown of Saint Mary’s West Virginia once my husband has retired from the US ARMY.

5.  What are some products you use from Natures Garden; what are your favorite products from Natures Garden?   I use all of my waxes and oils strictly from Nature’s Garden. They were the first ones I tried and I thought I would have to try many different ones to find a great quality but I haven’t even considered anything else. I love them! I would say my absolute favorite item would be the Blueberry Muffin fragrance oil. It continues to be a best seller of mine.
