One of the most important things that you can do to prevent illness to yourself and your family is to wash your hands.

Any parent knows that getting your kids to wash their hands frequently can be quite a trying task.  So, we at Natures Garden thought how can we make the tedious yet extremely vital task more fun?  The answer is lots of foam, fun scents, and cool colors!

Because it is National Wash Your Hands Week, we thought we would share a quick and easy project that promotes healthy hand washing!  Now, with this recipe you can choose any body safe fragrance oil to scent your foaming antibacterial hand soap like Monkey Farts or Fruity Rings (both of which are big hit scents with kids).  Also, you can cater the color to your child’s liking no matter what their favorite color might be.  The Da Bomb Soap Dye has a handy color mixing chart listed below its specifics.

Here are the Items you will need:
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Isopropyl Alcohol
5 oz. Imagine Base
6 ml of a body safe fragrance oil ( We selected Honey Bunny Fragrance Oil)
1 drop DaBomb Soap Dye
White Foamer Bottle

Here are the Steps:
Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

1. Mix 1 drop Da Bomb Soap Dye with 6 ml. of fragrance oil into foamer bottle. Agitate. Allow to disperse.

2. Add 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of isopropyl alcohol to the foamer bottle and agitate.
