Moonlight Tuberose Fragrance OilMoonlight Tuberose Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight

Moonlight Tuberose Fragrance Oil is a sweet fruit and floral scent by Natures Garden. This aroma is a complex blend of fruity scents, fresh floral scents, ginger spice notes, and  woodsy scents. Use this floral fragrance oil in handmade scented products.  Take it from one of our reviewers, “I am not particularly drawn to floral fo’s because many smell heady. Not this one. It is beautifully rounded and smells very creamy to me. I use it in soap, lotions, and conditioners. Never get tired of it.”

What Does Moonlight Tuberose Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

Tuberose essential oil is extremely expensive, and is used in the most exquisite fine fragrances.  We have done our very best to create a fragrance oil with the same aroma as this expensive essential oil; while adding complimentary notes to make this fragrance well-balanced.  Natures Garden’s moonlight tuberose fragrance begins with top notes of white pear and green apple;  followed by middle notes of tuberose, jasmine, lily of the valley, and ginger;  sitting on base notes of violet, ylang ylang, peach, vanilla, and fresh woods.  An NG Original fragrance!

How Do Our Customers Use Moonlight Tuberose Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

Homemade bath and body creations can use this exquisite fragrance oil in their formulation. Handcrafted cosmetics like fizzies, perfumes, lotions, and related products can be created with a maximum of 5% for this fragrance oil. If you are unsure how to color bath and body creations that use this fragrance oil, then we would recommend using a combination of red soap dye and burgundy soap colorants in the amounts that you prefer. Just never use candle dye to color bath and body products due to their ability to stain the skin.

Moonlight Tuberose Fragrance Oil CP Soap DiscolorationFurther, this fruit and floral aroma can be included in a variety of different kinds of soap making. For instance, our Cold Process Soap Testing Results have revealed to us that this scent is great for this method of soap making. A batch containing this fragrance oil will have no separation. However, this fragrance oil causes acceleration and slight ricing. For the acceleration we would suggest bringing your soaping oils and lye water down to room temperature. The final product will have a strong scent retention and will discolor to a light tan hue.

How Do Our Customers Use Moonlight Tuberose Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

Homemade room scenters can create their products with this fruity flower fragrance oil. Potpourri and incense can use up to 50% of this fragrance oil in formulation. Scented homemade cleaning products can use a maximum of 5% for this scent. Additionally, aroma bead products that include this scent will have a nice and strong aroma.

Moonlight Tuberose Fragrance Oil Candle Color SuggestionCandles that are either made of vegetable waxes or paraffin wax can use up to 10% of this sweet and ginger fragrance oil. Both joy wax and wow wax will each perform perfectly for this scent. Also, this scent will be nice and strong in soy wax products. If you haven’t made a decision on which color to use for your candle with this fragrance oil, then we’d suggest using four drops of red liquid candle dye along with two drops of burgundy liquid candle dye or a small amount of shredded red and burgundy color blocks in the amounts that you would prefer per four pounds of wax. Just remember that you should never use any crayons for the coloring of your candles as they will clog your wick.

They discolored to a light brown.  This could be partially because of the 1% vanillin  content.  Vanilla White Color Stabilizer can help lessen the discoloration.  You should note though, there are more than 40 ingredients in fragrance oils that can cause bath and body products to discolor. Additionally, Passion Fragrance Oil also does well in melt and pour soap bases and hp soap recipes.

Alternatively, you could use a small amount of shredded burgundy and purple color blocks in your melted wax. Just don’t use crayons as a substitute for coloring your candles, as they have been known to clog wicks.

Apple Crisp FragranceApple Crisp Fragrance Oil Spotlight

Why not warm up to a freshly-baked apple aroma just in time for autumn? We’ve got plenty of them, and they all smell awesome. Apple Crisp- the food- is baked apples topped with streusel. If you click the link in the title, there’s a sweet free Apple Crisp recipe on our Apple Crisp Fragrance Oil page. Mmm. Remember to never ever eat fragrance oil. Also remember that once you use a baking pan, measuring utensil, or any other kitchen supplies to make soap, candles, anything with chemicals, fragrance oils or dyes, don’t use it again for baking. It’s no longer food safe. Even if you wash it, chemical residue may still remain, and can get into your food. Blech. So buy two adorable kitchen sets- one for making your delicious apple crisp, and the other for making your delicious-smelling Apple Crisp-scented candles/soaps/lotions/perfumes/room-scents.

What Does Apple Crisp Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

The aroma of a red juicy apple combined with buttercream and cinnamon with a base note of a baked oatmeal cookie.

How Do Our Customers Use Apple Crisp Fragrance Oil?

Candles? Of course. This alluring apple aroma performs perfectly in joy wax and wow wax, and is nice and strong in soy wax. The maximum usage percentage in vegetable and paraffin waxes is 10%. It is not gel wax compatible. Our coloring recommendations for this sweet spicy scent are to use 3 drops of burgundy, plus 3 drops red, plus one drop brown liquid candle dye per four pounds of wax. Or if you prefer to use color block, we suggest shredding ample amounts of burgundy, red, and cinnamon into your melted wax. Never color candles with crayon- it will clog your wick!

Soaps? Certainly. The maximum usage percentage of this bakery scent in soaps, bath oils, bath gels, and cleaning products is 1%. Cold process soap testing results show that this apple aura is ideal for CP soap: no acceleration; no separation; no ricing; good scent retention. The vanillin content of this freshly-baked fruit fragrance is 3%- so it may have the tendency to discolor your bath and body products. In fact, our cold process soap testing results found that it discolored soap to a very light tan color. If you wish to combat this- try our Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. It’s not a guarantee, but it may help. Ultimately, you are responsible for the results in your finished product. Anyway, we recommend coloring your bath and body products scented with Apple Crisp fragrance by using burgundy soap dye (on clearance!) in the amount that satisfies you. But in case we run out of that by the time you read this blog post, perhaps mix a little Red Oxide and Brown Oxide FUN soap colorant to create an apple cinnamon-y color.

Can I rub it on my body? Sure, if you make lotions or perfumes. The maximum recommended usage percentage in such applications is 0.5%- measure carefully. This fragrance performs perfectly in perfumes.

Can I rub it on the WORLD?! Uh.. sure. Just be responsible about it. The maximum recommended usage percentage for incense and potpourri is 50%. and this scent comes across nice and strong in aroma beads.
